Located in El Valle de Antón, at 129 km from Panama City, El Valle its a place well known for its pleasant temperature, which on many occasions can reach 20°C. ​

 

The project has been designed for a family of 2 parents and 2 siblings, and it is planned to be developed in stages. The first stage will include a single room, and in the second stage will include the other two rooms.

 

The program has been developed in a single level, seeking greater accessibility for all the users of the house, and has been oriented to take advantage of the views towards Cerro El Gaital (north) and  La India Dormida (west).

 

Casa Luque responds in a simple way to the morphology of a narrow and deep terrain. The social area (living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace) are located on the left side with a view to both sides of the lot. Through the roof, we managed to create dynamic, simple and comfortable interior spaces, which are one of the requests that the client put to us. She didn't want low ceilings.

 

We also chose to highlight elements of tropical architecture such as: ornamental blocks and shutter windows.
